Bright, indirect light is best. Variegated plants NEED bright light in order to maintain their variegation.
Water when the top inch or two of the potting mix is dry. If you notice curly, droopy leaves, that means your marble queen pothos is thirsty!
Pothos are native to humid environments and love humidity! You can use a humidifier to recreate this. However, don't stress TOO much about humidity—pothos are very forgiving plants.
Use a well-draining indoor plant potting mix. Adding a few handfuls of perlite is helpful for providing extra drainage!
Identify some healthy vines each with a few leaves and a few nodes. Use a pair of clean, sharp scissors to cut off the vines below a node.
Put the cuttings in a jar of water. Make sure the node is underneath the surface of the water, but the leaves are above the surface. You can remove some of the lower leaves if you need to.
Place the jar in an area that receives bright, indirect light. Refill or replace the water when needed.
Once the roots are two to three inches long, you can plant the cuttings into a pot with a well-draining potting mix.
Water the newly potted cuttings. That's it! Now you can begin to care for your new marble queen pothos how you normally would.
